Cruise Day 24 - Sydney - Melbourne (Australia).
After successfully disembarking our ship in Sydney, catching a taxi to the airport, catching a flight to Avalon (Victoria), we were then driven HOME, SWEET, HOME.
It was fantastic to catch up with our wonderful relatives and friends, in Japan, England, Estonia and Sweden - thank you to each of you for making this such a wonderful holiday.
It was also great to visit these places and have great experiences, as well as countries we revisited - Austria, Italy, Wales, China, Singapore, Bali - and countries we visited for our first time - Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Montenegro, Vietnam.
We also loved our various transport experiences - Planes, Trains, Automobiles AND Ships.

Day 118 – Sunday 20 September
Cruise Day 15 – Bali (Indonesia).
A lovely day, revisiting the island first
visited by Bill in 1977 and Di in 1982, and last visited by Bill in 1991 and Di
in 2011. Much has changed, we guess mainly for the good, but fortunately the
beach remains the same.
In the morning we were tendered from our
ship to the port of Benoa, and we caught a large catamaran back in the
afternoon.
We hired a van and a driver, Kadek Agus,
for the day, and headed off to Kuta, Legian and Seminyak, where we wandered
through the shops.

Day 116 – Friday 18 September
Cruise Day 13 – Sea Day.
Today we crossed the Equator, from the
Northern Hemisphere back to the Southern Hemisphere (for our first time in four
months), and accordingly the ship held its King Neptune ceremony.
In the evening, the attire was formal.
