This afternoon we drove 170 miles from St Louis (Missouri) across Illinois to Evansville (Indiana) to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
We had dinner at Angelo's Italian Restaurant in Evansville - good pasta, great service.
The concert venue, the Ford Center, holds about 10,000 people and is very good. We had great seats. The support act, the Smithereens, were very loud, but good.
