We had a lovely day with David & Christine, being driven around the North Wales countryside. First stop was at the World Heritage-listed Pontcysyllte Aqueduct (thanks Trev for the tip), which we chose to cross by foot rather than barge. The next stop was Horshoe Falls, and then Bala Lake (the largest natural lake in Wales). On our return, we picked up dinner at the Farm Shop.
