Day 37 – Sunday 17 March

Cruise Day 11

Dili, Timor-Leste

We tendered from our ship to shore.

We then hired Phillipe and his taxi to drive us around his city – the taxi was supposed to be air-conditioned, and as can be seen, had other luxuries. In fact, after driving off, Phillipe unbuckled Bill’s seat belt, advising that it was not actually attached to the car!
