We spent a large part of the day and night at the fabulous St Louis Art Museum, celebrating the grand opening of the Museum's new East Building, in the company of one of the VIPs, our friend Peter, who was the project's concrete specialist - http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/metro/museum-s-new-wing-is-for-art-not-show-architect/article_55205fa4-bbcb-5bfb-a3f6-62c2f5d00554.html .

What a pleasant surprise Nashville has been.
There was the Ryman Auditorium.
We went to an Art Deco Automobile exhibition at the beautiful - http://fristcenter.org/ . One of the automobiles was owned by Frank Lloyd Wright.
