An informative, interesting, sunny Winter's day.
In the morning, we drove to nearby historic Jamestown - the first permanent English settlement in North America (13 May 1607), and watched an informative documentary, followed by a Ranger's guided tour. We stopped for lunch at Colonial Williamsburg, which has the world's largest living museum - life in the 1700s.
We then stopped at Yorktown.

We continued driving north, via Maryland, to Harrington, Delaware, where we overnighted.
