Day 59 - Monday 9 June

In the morning we drove to ND's largest city, Fargo, where we had a wander and lunch in their lovely downtown main street.

We then crossed the bridge and border into Minnesota (our 48th state), known as the Land of 10,000 Lakes, and continued driving east, then north to the lovely Lake Itasca State Park, which has the headwaters to the Mississippi River in it.

We then continued across the state, to the city of Duluth, which is on Lake Superior, for the night.
