Day 7 - Monday 17 October

Death Valley National Park

We started the morning by going to the nearby Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge (Nv)

We then drove back in California.

We then spent the rest of the day driving through Death Valley National Park - https://www.myscenicdrives.com/drives/california/death-valley .

Our first stop was at Dante's View.

The next stop was at Zabriskie Point.

We had lunch at - http://www.furnacecreekresort.com/dining/ .

We then drove to the Badwater Basin, at 282 feet below sea level, it is the lowest point in North America.

Next stop was at the Devil's Golf Course.

Next stop was at the Artist's Palette.

Next stop was at the Golden Canyon.

We then returned to Furnace Creek.

Next stop was at the Mesquite Flat Dunes.

We then drove out of Death Valley after a wonderful sightseeing day, spending the night in Lone Pine.
