Day 30 - Sunday 11 May

Today we drove south along the Washington coast to the Columbia River.

We drove east along the river to Longview, where we crossed the river into Oregon (the 44th state in our US travels), then drove west along the river to the once-grand town of Astoria, where we crossed the great bridge back to Washington and then back to Astoria, where we stayed the night.
