Day 36 – Monday 27 March

Barcelona, Spain (Day 2 of 7).

We had breakfast in the Mercat de Sant Josep de la Boqueria, arguably the best fresh food market in the world, and which our hotel room is above!

We then started our walking day. After crossing Placa de Catalunya, we walked along Passeig de Gracia, which has several unique buildings.

The first of Gaudi’s was Casa Amatiler.

Second was Casa Batilo, which we visited, and is remarkable.

Third was Casa Mila.

We then walked to Barcelona's and Gaudi's landmark, La Sagrada Familia, which is breathtaking.

We then caught a bus to the amazing Park Guell estate (Gaudi).

We then caught the metro back to - http://ritabluedelivery.es/#contact – where we had a delicious tapas dinner, with our friend from the cruise, Dewi.
